Patricia Ann (Dean) Fields

Patricia Ann Fields, 84, of Clinton passed away on Tuesday March 12, 2024, at her home.

She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on April 7, 1939, to Clarence Dean and Mary Helen Cook Dean.

Those preceding Patricia in death are her parents, her husband of over 50 years Gerald E. Fields, son Laurence “Larry” Fields, daughter Rose Thomas, son-in-law Ike Elkins, and grandson James “Jimmy Elliott.

Patricia is survived by her daughters Helen Elkins, Deborah Simmons and Teresa Crews (Mark); sons Gerald “Gary” Fields and Ronald “Ron” Fields (Carol); son-in-law Glenn Thomas; grandchildren Clint Fields (Tammy), Jason Fields (Dusty), Suzanne Dowdy, Chad Dwyer, Shannon Fields, Carrie Ann Fields, Tonya Elliott, Roseann Fields (Jerry Mills), Macey Fields, Melissa Fields, John Thomas (Karli), Shawn Thomas, Matthew Beeler, Justin Swinefurth, Cody Swinefurth (Ashlyn Squires), Shane Fields and Chance Norris.

Patricia loved nothing more than being a mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to raising her children and grandchildren. Her unwavering generosity was seen by everyone who knew her. She was a devoted wife and mother of seven children, and she will be missed by many and never forgotten.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Friday March 15, 2024, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Service will be at 1:00 pm. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
