William E "Bill" Webber died January 15, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born March 5, 1944 in Clinton, to M. Ernest Webber and Eva Wilson Webber.

He was a 1962 graduate of Clinton High School.  He attended ISU and graduated from School of banking.  He retired from First Financial Bank, after 38 years.  He was active in many organizations at local and state levels, always keeping the community's interests in mind.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Cumbow Webber, whom he married April 10,1965 in Clinton, one son, Richard and Terri Webber, one daughter, Karen and Jeff Andrews; six grandchildren, Trenton, Billy, Katie, Haven, Grace, and Colten; two great grandchildren, Addie and Eli; one brother, Jim and Marian Webber of Hudson WI; one sister Ann and Robert Russell of Bloomingdale; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clinton Public Library or the Charity of their choice.
