Mackey Family --- I am so sorry for the loss of Eddie in your family. I worked with him at The Clintonian many years ago and also attended church at Sacred Heart with Eddie. He was such a nice person. He will be missed. If there is anything we can do - just give me a call. Prayers for all the family and friends of Eddie.

I was shocked to read of Eddie's passing. I am not sure what he passed from, but I know the man never stopped and was a hard worker. I knew him from working with him at The Daily Clintonian for several years. He always had a smile (except when the press was down!). He liked to tease, and was a genuinely nice person. I felt the column that Sonny wrote summed it all up. I pray that it helps in some way to know how much he was loved, and how he made people feel. My daughter (Jen Rohr Miller) knows Dawn very well and they have been friends for a long time. I pray that God blesses your whole family, and gives you comfort.
