Dorothy was my favorite neighbor when I lived in Clinton. She was always cheerful and happy to share a treat from her oven or garden. My children always said that Dorothy felt more like family than a neighbor and I knew exactly how they felt. She felt like family to me too. I remember the year she came to our house to visit the kids for Easter. She was dressed like the Easter Bunny and the kids were so thrilled!
Dorothy was one of the most kind, caring, and giving people I have ever known.
We think of her often!
