Phyllis M. Foster, 73, formerly of Clinton, of Avon, died at 4:53 AM, November 30, 2019, in the Villages of Avon Nursing Home.  She was born November 5, 1946, in Clinton, to Clyde Foster and Evelyn Foltz Foster.  
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Clinton.  
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Larry Joe Foster; and grandparents, Claude and Marietta Foltz and William and Margaret Foster.
She is survived by her sister, Kathy and Tim Bumgardner of Danville, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held.  Frist Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Christian Church in Clinton.  Online condolences may be made at www.fristfuneralhome.com.

I was so sorry to here about Phyliss. She was one of favorite friends in grade school at Matthews South, and for the rest of her life . She would never forget my name, when I would see her at the Dana Festival, and would always ask how Willard was....! The last time that I visited with her was at her Mother’s funeral!
She was the very same as she was in grade school..... friendly, to the point and fun!!! It isn’t often when a friend who you don’t see very often recognizes you, let alone remembers your name and brother’s name. She will forever be in my memories of childhood ! 🙏

I was sorry to hear of Phyllis’ passing. I have wonderful memories of her at Matthews South School. She was always friendly and loved to talk. Rest In Peace Phyllis.

Sorry to hear of Phyllis's passing. She was always so happy to see people and talk with them. Your were a great sister to her. You and your family are in my prayers. Keep smiling Phyllis.
