Harold W. Cundiff, 94, of Georgetown, IL, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
He was born at home in Danville, IL  October 30, 1925 to Bertie and Celesta Atwood Cundiff.
He was a dairy farmer for many years with a registered Jersey herd and also raised red poll cattle.  He enjoyed showing cattle.  He also served on the Georgetown Fair board as a member as well as a judge for cattle.
He married Gladys Ruth Cundiff on December 17, 1976. He was a lifetime active member of the Dana Nazarene Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Gladys Ruth; siblings Sylvia Tingley, Goldie Hawn, and James Cundiff; and one son, James Cundiff.
He is survived by children Shirley Haun of Rosedale, IN; Everett (Pansy) Cundiff of New Lebanon, OH; Dan (Sue Etta)  Cundiff of Dana, IN; and Steve (Lisa) Cundiff of Indianola, IL; one brother Clyde Cundiff of St. Bernice, IN; and two sisters, Iva Bonebrake of Indianapolis, IN and Ruby Whittenburg of Chattanooga, TN.  He is also survived  by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, 2020,from 11 am to 1 pm at Frist Funeral Home in Clinton.  Funeral services will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Ronnie Ingram officiating.  Burial will follow at Thomas Cemetery in Newport, IN.

Harold will be missed by many, he was such an amazing man and I loved all of our talks we had at church, RIP Harold!

Roger and I want to send o9ur condolences to Harold's family. We went to church with him in Dana for several years. He was taking dialysis with my sister and would talk to her about knowing us. He came to my husband's business and would talk to him also. He was so sweet to everyone and will be missed by many.
