Gary A. Milam, 61, of Clinton, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020, at his residence.
He was born January 15, 1959, in Clinton, to Bill and Alice Milam.
He was a member of Teamster Local #135; He also played men’s softball for the team “The Shed”.
He was preceded in death by his mother, his grandparents, and a grandson, Isaiah.
Gary is survived by his children, Becki (Travis) Jacks of Rockville, Randi (Chris) McDowell of Dana, Matt Hrovat of Hillsdale, and Gary W. Milam of Kentucky; his companion, Brenda Hodson and her children, Chelsie (Will) Hodson, Elizabeth (Nathan) Carrera, Drew Hodson, and Tara Hodson; his brothers, Bill (Beth) Milam and Henry (Kim) Milam; grandchildren, Olivia, Weston, Gabe, Navy, Cordelia, Brycen, Poppy, Ryker, Scarlett, and Margot.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 4, 2020 from 11 am to 2 pm at Frist Funeral Home.  Funeral service will follow at 2 pm at the funeral home with Celebrant Marta Adubato officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Association in memory of Gary.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
The family wishes to express their thanks and appreciation to Dr. Huh, to the staff at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, and the staff at the Hospice of the Wabash Valley.

Bob and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to all family members. Bob used to live right down the road from Gary in Fairview and loved talking to him. He was easy going and always had a smile. Bob has to work on Saturday and he sends his condolences. Prayers sending, Bob & Ronda Hoggatt

So sad. Gary was absolutely one of the nicest kids I ever taught at SV. In the many years since then, he remained one of the nicest guys I know. He never failed to stop and talk, and he always had a smile for everyone. Guys like Gary make people with knowing. So many will miss him. Sadly, Jerry

Gary Milam was a good friend of mine. Very likeable person, we had some lively talks about his Mustang and other Autos he owned. He was always was smiling and laughing. Bless You Gary. Leonard
