Roseanne “Rosie” Lawson, 80, of Clinton, Indiana, died at 1:44 pm February 14, 2021, at her home in Clinton, IN.
Born May 1, 1940, in Clinton, she was the daughter of the late Manford Myers and Helen Dean Myers of
Clinton, Indiana.
Also preceding her in death was her soul mate, love of her life, husband Russelle “Razz” Lawson whom she married November 10, 1961; and two sisters, Sheron Richardson and Janice “Jani” Myers.
She retired from the Clinton Walmart and Hallmark at the Clinton Walmart.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Clinton. She also was a member of Phi Beta Psi.
Survivors include daughters, Beth Decker and husband Chuck Decker of Clinton and Jani Lawson of Carmel, Indiana; one grandson, Cameron Decker; a great-granddaughter, Kyli Ann Decker; and sister Frances Francis Peebles of Covington; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, “Nana Ro”.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced.
Frist Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

I am sorry to read about Rosie. Always loved talking to her when she was working on the Hallmark Cards in Walmart. She was always interested in what was going on in Dana. Girls, you had a wonderful mother.

SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS RAZZ. IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS THAT WE WERE AT DANA HIGH SCHOOL. AGAIN IT IS HARD TO GO ON WHEN YOU LOOSE A LOVED ONE, BUT JUST THINK, GOD HAS ANOTHER ANGLE.
