Knowing John for many years he was truly a great man and I had many discussions with him as I was learning to fly my self at the Clinton airport.  He will be missed by many.
Our families thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.

You can’t know how much I ache for your loss. I never met him or talked to him. My heart soared when we reconnected in Clinton after so many years went by. I am here to do whatever I can but won’t know what I can do until you tell me.

Im sorry.

So very sorry to hear of John's passing. He was such a nice man and we always enjoyed visiting with him whenever we saw him. He was interested in radio controlled planes, as we had had.We met John when John Paul and Eric played baseball as kids. You will have so very many happy memories, dwell on those instead of harder times. We will pray for your comfort and peace through this hard time.

I met John my first day of working for White Construction, he grabbed me a cup of coffee and sat and chatted like we had been old friends for years.  I'll never forget his smile whenever seeing him and around the office and how he always took a moment to say hi.

John was a remarkable person, and someone I have always had a lot of respect for.  He was one of the kindest and most positive people you could know, and always quick to start a conversation.  We would occasionally run into each other at Spendal's and end up having lunch together, which was always a treat.  He will be sorely missed.  We are praying for the Roehm family during this tough time.

Although we only met John several times, it was a pleasure to spend time with him and get to know the kind person he was. Randy has always said nothing but good things about him and enjoyed his time with both John and Toni and the family. We want to send our heartfelt condolences in this time of sorrow and hope that you will keep all the good memories close to your hearts.

When I was a child, before I began to go to school my mother would take me to the office with her.

I would help deliver the mail in the office and to ease my boredom would draw. One day I decided that the mail needed a special touch so I'd draw little sunshines on the envelopes. John was always so delighted to receive my gift and I will always cherish the memories of walking up to his desk and seeing him look up from his paperwork with a big smile on his face.

I also know John was a great friend to my grandfather and growing up I heard nothing but good things about his loyalty and dedication to my grandfather and his company. My deepest condolences to this loss of such a great man. I hope he's hanging out with my grandfather now.
