Judy and family, it was heartbreaking to get the news of Bill's passing. I am so sorry for your loss, a loss felt by a community as well. He was a wonderful mentor and friend, always ready to share a "hello" and a laugh on a chance meeting. My deepest sympathy.

Bill didn't want a viewing, so we had an old WV time with him Thursday night! There were 30 of us here and we toasted him properly. He smiled widely, and nodded his head! Love you guys!

Prayers go out for Bill, and family. I went to school with Bill, and liked him very much. We did a lot of business with Bill at the bank. I was a golfing friend of Bill’s. He was a friendly, honest, and fair man. Gave me a lot of good advice.

Bill Webber will be missed.  For years, Bill was the mainstay of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce, always reminding us that supporting the City and Vermillion County were the main purpose and goal.  He was a fine gentleman.  I share you lost.
