Anna Hayes Obituary

Anna I. Sweitzer Hayes, 60, of Terre Haute, went to meet our Lord on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at 2:28 am. She was born in Chicago, Il, on November 19th, 1960, to William P. and Flora C. Sweitzer.
Anna grew up in Shepardsville, and graduated from West Vigo High school, class of 1979. She was a Wal-Mart associate for many years and loved to make crafts and collect teapots. Anna loved her pets, dearly.
She was preceded in death by both parents, and one brother, James W. Sweitzer.
Anna is survived by brothers, William C. Sweitzer of Shepardsville, Thomas E. Sweitzer (Betty) of Clinton, and David L. Sweitzer (Penny) of Shepardsville; sisters, Sandra K. (Sweitzer) Baugh of Cabot, AR, and Phyllis J. (Sweitzer) Johnston of Shepardsville; former husband, Jeffrey W. Hayes of Terre Haute; many nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
Anna was loved by family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Cremation was chosen by family. Frist Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the family for funeral expenses.
