Blake E. Evans, 30, of Clinton, Indiana passed away on Tuesday June 27, 2023.
He was born in Galesburg, Illinois on October 9, 1992, to Robert E. Evans III and Kandi Carlson.
Blake is survived by his father Robert E. Evans III (Missy) of Clinton, Indiana, his mother Kandi Carlson of Wright City, Missouri, son Aiden E. Evans of Lyford, Indiana, sister Hanna Jo Evans (Michael Lowe) of Clinton, Indiana, paternal grandparents Robert Evans Jr., (Willie), maternal grandparents Robert Harr (Kristen) of Oquawka, Illinois and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cremations was chosen. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
