Carol Elizabeth Cooper, 82, of Terre Haute, Indiana and formerly of Clinton, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024.
Carol was born in Gary, Indiana on December 17, 1941, to Charles Cooper and Garnett Russell Cooper.
Carol retired as a correctional officer at the Rockville Women’s Correctional Facility in Rockville, Indiana.
Those preceding Carol in death were her parents.
Surviving is her daughter Debbie (Eric) Smith, sons: Jeffrey Jones and Kenny (Lynn) Ernhart, all of Clinton, Indiana. Also surviving are her two grandsons she cherished deeply, Gabe Smith and Brett Ernhart, each of Clinton, Indiana.
Per Carol’s wishes there will be no services and cremation has been chosen. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Frist Funeral Home assisted with all arrangements.
