Charlotte J (Finch) Jones

Charlotte J. (Finch) Jones, of Brownsburg IN, passed away on August 4, 2022.

Charlotte was born on August 6, 1937, to Charles and Esther Finch.

She grew up in Clinton, Indiana and graduated from Clinton High School, Class of 1955.

She raised her family in Brownsburg, IN.

She retired from the Indiana Department of Corrections after working thirty years at the Indiana Girls School.  She enjoyed working with youth and having a positive impact on their lives.

Charlotte was a very generous person and enjoyed her family.

She is survived by her three children, Micah L. Gebolys (James), Leslie D. Croke (Dale), M. Eric Jones.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Nicole Broderick, Jonathan Croke, Bailey Croke Burgett, Lauren Gebolys and Heather Gebolys and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Rosalie Cargal.

Services will be held at Frist Funeral Home in Clinton, IN on Friday, August 12, 2022.

Viewing starts at 11:00 am with the service at noon, with Charlie Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.fristfuneralhome.com.
