Christy Lynn Kalani Marshall, 57, of Clinton, Indiana passed away on Wednesday August 2, 2023, at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Christy was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 12, 1966, to Larry English and Rachel Spillner English.

Those preceding Christy in death are her maternal grandparents Charles and Cecilia Spillner and paternal grandparents Alice and Lester English.

Christy was a graduate of South Vermillion High School Class of 1984 and Saint Mary of The Woods Class of 1988.

She is survived by her husband Robert Marshall; parents Larry and Rachel English; daughters Karmyn Newburn, and Madison Collins (Ethan); son William “Billy” Newburn; stepdaughter Kristin Jones (Tyler); stepson Bobby Marshall; grandchildren Alyssa and Ryder Jones; her mother and father-in-law Shirley and Bob Roberts; her best friend Shawna Kispert; her beloved dog Scooter and her grand-dog Harper.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Saturday August 5, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. Service at 3:00 with Pastor Joe Irwin officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute.
