Claudia Kelly (Smith) Farner

Claudia Kelly Smith Farner, 58, of Universal passed away on Friday July 12, 2024, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

She was born in Clinton, Indiana on July 27, 1965, to Robert and Averil (Brammer) Smith who precede her in death. Also, preceding Claudia in death are her father-in-law and mother-in-law Chet and Barbara Farner.

Claudia is survived by her husband Jerry Farner of Universal, daughter Crystal Farner of Universal and sister Patricia Stephens, David Miller, nieces and nephews Shellie, Jimmy, Paul, Brandy, Niki, Amy, Teresa, and Melanie and other loved family.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Wednesday July 17, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob Roush officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
