Connie Sue Puckett, 64, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, September 25th, 2021.

She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on October 10, 1956 to Joseph Earl and Anita Irene Schell Martin.

Connie was an avid gardener, enjoyed sewing, and was skilled in canning, all which brought her great joy. She was a hard worker, working for Advics, driving a fork truck.

She is preceded by both parents; son-in-law, Stephen Harden; stepfather, Donald Belmar.

Connie is survived by her loving husband, Wayne Puckett of Terre Haute; sons, Timothy Johnson Jr. (Patsy) of Terre Haute, and Lyona Johnson (Tess) of North Carolina; daughters, Kay Harden of Terre Haute, and Harmony Puckett (Ross) of Terre Haute; siblings, Larry Martin (Carol) of Terre Haute, Ron Martin (Kathy Ciaccio) of West Terre Haute, Mike Martin (Barb) of West Terre Haute, Steven Martin (Liz) of West Terre Haute, Lisa Dixon (Jerry) of Illinois, Sara Yanders (Dave) of Illinois, Jeff Belmar of Illinois; fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen by the family. Frist Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
