Danny J. Davis, 77, of Clinton passed away on Monday September 30, 2024, at Union Hospital in Clinton.

He was born in Clinton, Indiana on November 19, 1946, to Kenneth Davis and Olive Bandy Davis who precede Danny in death. Also preceding him are his grandmother Eunice Chiado and his sister Margaret Lenhart.

Danny is a United States Army veteran having served his country with the 82nd Airborne. He was a member of the American Legion Post #108, Quails Unlimited, and Mid South Bird Hunters and he served as a Deacon at State Line Christian Church.

Those left behind to remember Danny are his loving wife Margie (Ave) Davis, son Scott Davis (Michelle), daughter Quinteena Warren (Sean); sisters Judy Wright (Red), Janie Hill (Jerry) and Molly Davis; grandchildren Hayden Davis, Nolan Warren Gleich (Michael), Kiana Davis, Ayden Warren and Liam Warren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at State Line Christian Church on Monday October 7, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Service at 12:00 p.m.(EST/Indiana Time) with military honors prior to the start of the service. Officiating will be Rev. Lucas Lane, Pastor Ben Hannum, and Pastor Sean Warren. Burial will follow at Spangler Cemetery.
