Eula Mae Hall, 82, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, at her home in Universal.

She was born in Marshall, Illinois on October 14, 1943, to Foster and Eula (Parsons) Washburn. Both precede Eula in death. Also preceding her are her brothers, Johnny W. Washburn, Jim Washburn, Carl Washburn, Dwight Washburn and Dean Washburn, and sisters, Patsy Thompson and Cory Frances.

Eula was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Marshall, Illinois. Her grandsons were her life! Those boys could do nothing wrong, and she loved them with all her heart and soul.

Those left behind to remember Eula are her husband, Donald Hall of Universal; daughter, Missy Southard (Jerad) of St. Bernice; bonus daughter Debi Mack of Clinton; grandsons, Casey Glaspie (Jon) of Indianapolis, and Holden Southard of Memphis, TN., and sister, Karon Johnson or Marshall, IL.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Service at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Keith McIntyre officiating. Cremation will follow.
