Frank Cardin, 91, of Clinton (spending winters in Texas), passed away on Saturday February 11, 2023, at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, in Texas.

He was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma on February 20, 1931, to Mattie Cardin and Martha King Cardin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Tillie Cardin, sons Ronnie and Timmy Cardin; daughter Shirley Cardin; 2 grandchild and 3 great grandchildren; brothers Willard and Johnny; sisters Violet and Juanita and his son-in-law Adrian Santos.

Frank is survived by his sons Frank Cardin Jr., Curtis, and Charlie Cardin; his daughters Barbara Cardin, Debbie Cooper (Tony), Ollie Cooper (Edward Jr.), Bridgett Palacios (Hector) and Bernice Santos Cardin; brothers Virgil Cardin (Nancy) and Gil Cardin; sisters Pat Nieft (Howard), Tanner Ellinger and Elvie Green.  Also surviving are several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Friday February 17, 2023, from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. The service will be at Frist Funeral Home on Saturday February 18, 2023, at 1:00 with Rev. Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
