Fred “Jake” J. Moccio, 68, of Clinton, passed away in his residence on Thursday, April 21st, 2021.
He was born June 1st, 1952 to Joseph and Emelia (Salvati) Moccio, in Queens, New York.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jake is survived by sons, MSgt. Dwayne Avery (Christina Marie) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Dylan Moccio (Samantha Scott) of Clinton; former wife, Denise Moccio (David Moorhouse) of Clinton; grandchildren, Sophia Elizabeth, Isabella, Vincenzo; extended family, Diane Hall (Chuck) of St. Bernice, and Peggie Parsons of Clinton; several nieces and nephews.
Jake worked as a cook for various local restaurants, and spent his free time with his dog, Roxy.
Cremation was chosen by family. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
