Geneva “Sue” Vaughn, 73, of Terre Haute, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 7, 2022, in Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
Sue was born on August 29, 1948 to Benjamin Burgess and Florene Holloway Burgess in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was a long member of Highland Church in West Terre Haute. She lived for her family and honored the Lord with her whole heart.
She is preceded in death by both parents; by daughters, Deanna Lawson, Susanna Foreman; brother, Freddie Burgess.
Sue is survived by her sons, Timmy (Tante) Vaughn, Billy (Mandi) Brooks, Thomas (Sharolyn) Foreman, Marvin (Lisa) Foreman and her siblings Vonita Cortez, David and Larry Burgess. And Best Friend, Cindy Powers.
Services will be held Thursday at Highland Church in West Terre Haute, Indiana. Wake 6p, and servicr 7pm. The family request those in attendance wear masks and practice social distancing.
