George L. Bose Jr.

George L. Bose Jr., 82, of Clinton, passed away on Thursday March 2, 2023, at Union Hospital in Clinton.

He was born in Terre Haute, IN on December 4, 1940, to George L. Bose Sr. and Jenetta Jones Bose.

Preceding George in death are his parents; three brothers Dale Goddard, Deney Bose and Don Huey, and special aunt and uncle George and Pauline Frank.

George is survived by his wife Judy Noble Bose;  five sons Steve Bose of Clinton, Greg Bose (Alicia) of Ohio, Jeff Bose (Renee)  of Clinton, Tim Bose (Jennifer) of Terre Haute, and Brian Bose (Amber) of Clinton; one daughter Katie Farrington (Rob) of Clinton; three brothers Lee Goddard (Renè) of Terre Haute, Jim Goddard of Sullivan and Billy Bose of Florida; Also surviving are fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

 George and Judy were married on July 12, 1959, in Hymera, IN. George was an avid fisher. He enjoyed camping with his family and woodworking. George was an animal lover. He was a member of Assembly of God Church in Clinton.

 A visitation will be held at Frist Funeral Home on Friday March 10, 2023, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Service at 2:00 PM with Pastor Troy Teague officiating. The burial will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery.

 In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Parke Vermillion Humane Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
