George Richard Farrington, 97, of Clinton passed away on January 22, 2024.

George was born in Clinton, Indiana on September 27, 1926, to George Riley Farrington and Mildred Farrington.

Those preceding George in death are his parents George and Mildred Farrington, his wife Mary Farrington, son David Allen Farrington, brother Donnie Farrington, and sister Mary Reed.

George is survived by his daughter Anna Belle Farrington, grandson Kyle Richard Farrington, granddaughter Jordyn Grace Baughman-Farrington, Sisters Freida Rutan, RoseAnn Toulson, and Marjie Rife, brother Wayne Farrington, bonus daughter Lori Baughman, bonus grandchildren John Paul and Abigail Padish and bonus great-grandchildren Colton and Corine and bonus family Randy and Terry Padish.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Friday January 26, 2024, from 12:00 to 2:00pm. Service at 2:00pm with Pastor Timothy Ferrill officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Vermillion Convalescent Center Expressions Unit in memory of George.
