Harold Eugene Berry, 93, of Clinton passed away on Wednesday June 4, 2025, at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute.
He was born in Shepardsville, Indiana on March 27, 1932, to Mahlon and Evelyn Curry Berry.
Harold was a veteran of the United States Army serving his country during the Korean war. He married his wife Patricia Delp Berry on August 10, 1952, in Clinton. He had worked as a truck driver for Vigo Liquor later working for the South Vermillion School District as a bus driver and a custodian. Harold loved cars having owned at least 50 of them in his lifetime. He enjoyed mowing his grass and taking care of his yard. Harold made friends wherever he went and everyone loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Tom and Bob Berry.
Those left behind to remember Harold are his loving wife of 73 years Patricia Berry of Clinton, daughter Dawn Hundman of Clinton, son Todd (Mary) Berry of Clinton, and nephews Mike and Bill and great-niece Kaleigh.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to Frist Funeral Home. Honoring Harold’s wishes cremation was chosen. There will be no service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Harold.
