James Edward McGlynn

James E. McGlynn, 59, of Rosedale passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at his home.

He was born in Los Angeles, California on February 1, 1965, to Robert McGlynn and Margaret (Brower) McGlynn who precede him in death along with his maternal and paternal grandparents.

James was a lifetime member of VFW Auxiliary Post 1762 in Rockville and a past district president of District 6 Indiana. He was also a member of the Sons of Legion Post 290 in Rosedale. James loved playing trivia games with his family.

Surviving are his bothers Roscoe McGlynn (Miranda) of the Philippines, Robert McGlynn (Millie) of Florida and John McGlynn (Nikki) of Rosedale, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Honoring James’ wishes cremation was chosen. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
