Janet K. Overpeck, 77, of Rockville, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
She was born in Mecca, Indiana on September 9, 1947, to Manley Smith and Geneva (Poff) Smith who precede her in death. Also, preceding Janet is her son Chris Overpeck, brother Jack Smith and sisters: Sandra Hutson and Sherry Sykes.
Janet is survived by are her daughter Leslie Overpeck and Mark Lenover of Rockville, her significant other Gary Uselman of Rockville, brother Don Smith of Mecca, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Service will be at Frist Funeral Home on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Bono Cemetery.
