Janita J. Craft, 83, of Lyles, TN and formerly of Clinton, passed away at TriStar Natchez ER, in Dickson, TN on August 11, 2022.
She was born in Clinton on December 25, 1938, to Emory and Pauline Simms Bonebrake.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Leonard Craft; her son Terry Lee Primeaux; 2 sisters Joyce Scott and Jeralyn Teeters; and a brother John Bonebrake
She is survived by her daughter, Jeaneen Haydon; sons Kenneth Primeaux, John Emory Primeaux (Terry Lynn) of Texas; grandchildren, Kolton, Koben, John, Liya, Caerlyn, Christopher, Jane Marie, and Destiny Battles. Two great-grandchildren Ansley and Cohen Primaux; and several nieces and nephews.
Janita was previously employed at Vermillion Convalescent Center and was also a homemaker.
Visitation will be on Thursday August 18, 2022, from 4:00– 8:00pm at Frist Funeral Home. Funeral will be on Friday August 19, 2022, at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Helt’s Prairie in Hillsdale.
