72, of Clinton, passed away November 6, 2021, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
John was born on February 5, 1949 in Pekin, Illinois, to John and Julie Mazzolini Grahovec. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam.
John is preceded in death by both parents; by biological mother, Phyllis Benassi; stepson, Todd Payuk; grandson, Aaron Payuk Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gale; sister, Janice Krajnovich; children, Jacquelyn Auman (Sam) of Clinton, Jamie Guilkey (Jeremiah) of Clinton, Aaron Payuk of Wisconsin; stepsons, Brian Janssens, Dean Janssens; grandchildren, Teddy Ogle, Jr. of Clinton, Braydon Pearman of Mecca, Xander Pearman of Clinton; step-grandchildren, Alyssa Harrison (Jacob), of California, Kyle Janssens; great-grandchildren, Aaron Payuk III, Christopher Harrison.
Cremation was chosen by family.
