Josephine Mary Stewart, 89, of Florida passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

She was born in Clinton, Indiana on April 21, 1935, to Luther Stultz and Elizabeth Kasubjak Stultz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband J.D. Stewart; daughter Janice Rhoden; brothers: Robert Stultz, Luther Stultz and Steven Stultz; sisters:  Pauline Vanzo and Elizabeth “Babe” Stultz; two brothers and a sister who passed in infancy and her grandson Joshua Rhoden.

Josephine loved to travel and spend time with her family. You could always count on getting a birthday card or Christmas card from Josephine, she never missed either one.

Those left behind to remember Josephine are her daughter Becky (Ron) Hofsteadter; sons Allen (Kathy) Stewart and Daniel (Mona) Stewart; brother Frank Stultz; grandchildren Leslie Dykeman, Melissa (William) Haney, Daniel Stewart II, Brad Stewart, Elizabeth (Shawn) Walters, Katie Stewart, Danielle (Matthew) Wyman, Becca (John) Byrne and Michael Haney, 17 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous half siblings, nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 pm (EST) Saturday April 5, 2025, at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Clinton, with Jeff Stultz Officiating.
