Kimberly Sue Borders Wehr, 62, of Clinton passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

She was born in Clinton, Indiana on September 30, 1963, to Darrel Borders and Naomi Borders.

Kimberly was a surgical technician at Union Hospital for 40 years and half owner of The Iron Skillet. She served on the board of the Hillsdale Water Corporation. Kim loved spending time with family and friends. She loved to have parties and decorate, going shopping and looking around her favorite stores and going out to eat.

Preceding Kimberly in death is her father, Darrel Borders; mother, Naomi Bugg Borders Norman; brothers, Darrel, and Doyne Borders; and stepfather Charles David Norman.

Those left behind to remember Kimberly is her son, Nathan Wehr (Rhonda); companion, Steve Weaver; sister, Cindy Vanlandingham (James); grandchildren, Haley Freeman, and Jeremy Kargol Jr.; great-grandchild, Bentlee Ford, and special cousin James McCue.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow at Thomas Cemetery in Newport, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital in memory of Kimberly.
