Lillian D. Cottrell, 85, of Clinton, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at Clinton Gardens.
Lillian was born April 7, 1936, in Vermillion County, to Arthur Robert Strain and Helen Burns Strain.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde; and her son, Robert.
Lillian is survived by her daughters, Maureen Doran of Gary, Doris Senft of Clinton, Judy Cottrell of Clinton, and Shirley Acres (Scott) of DeMotte; a son, Doug Cottrell (Debbie) of Minnesota; brothers Victor Strain (Donna) of Ohio and Jerry Strain also of Ohio; grandchildren Tanya Doran, Jonas Doran, Stephanie Doran, Daniel Swanson, Scotty Swanson, Chucky Swanson, David Holak, Joey Simpson, Melissa Walberg, Amber Cottrell, Jimmy Cottrell, Matthew Cottrell, and several great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
Frist Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
