Lisa Ann Foltz-Shelley, 67, passed away on Tuesday March 3, 2026, at her home in Shelbyville, Indiana.

Those preceding Lisa in death are her parents, Gus and Claudia (Jennings) Foltz and her son Jarred Shelley.

Lisa married her husband Bill Shelley on November 10, 1989, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and they shared 36 years together.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Bill Shelley of Shelbyville, IN., daughters, Briana Shelley and Angel Lynn Hill, and her best friend Vickie McDaniel of North Vernon, IN.

Visitation will be held at Frist Funeral Home on Monday March 9, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Charlie Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Clinton.
