Mary Louise Smith, 93, of Clinton passed away on Saturday October 12, 2024, at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute.

She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on January 27, 1931, to Frank and Marie (Funkhouser) Laney. Her parents precede her in death along with her husband Shelby Smith and her siblings.

Those left behind to remember Mary are her Daughter Diann Smith (Dennis Hux); Son William D. Smith (Joy); grandchildren Jenny Buttrey (Daniel), Neilly Smith, Dominick Smith, Shelby Clinkenbeard, and Sunshine Mack.

There will be a graveside funeral service at Rose Hill Cemetery on Friday October 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
