Michael Benson, 61, of Clinton, died June 19, 2022, at 6:15 PM, at Vermillion Convalescent Center. He was born July 14, 1960, in Clinton to James E. Benson and Patricia Frodge Benson.
He had worked for Dr. Cloyd Dentistry, Don Carlevato, and Pinkerton Guard.
He was preceded in death by his father; his brother, Bill Benson; grandparents, Frank and Iva Mitchell, Ray and Frances Frodge, and Andrew and Lilly Benson; and his wife, Thelma Benson.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Benson; companion, Shirley Archer of Clinton; brothers, James and Libby Benson of Cookeville, TN and Donnie Benson of Clinton; and sisters, Gail and Jon Glick of Martinsville, IL and Rose and Dave Bowerly of Clinton.
Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00-1:00 PM at Frist Funeral Home. Services will begin at 1:00 PM with Marta Adubato officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.fristfuneralhome.com.
