Muriel “Judy” Bertotti, 86, of St. Bernice, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Vermillion Convalescent Center.

She was born in Clinton, Indiana on April 13, 1940, to Clarence Hillyer and Violet (Wallace) Hillyer.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Claude Bertotti; children, Joy (Beatty) Sanders and Roberta (Beatty) Lowry, and grandson David Sanders.

Surviving Judy are her daughter, Linda Jackson (Mike); sons, Richard Beatty (Paula) and Rodney Beatty (Melinda); brother, Mike Hillyer (Kimmi); sisters, Marsha Dugger (David) and Sheila Dugger (Stanley); grandchildren, Daina Zucca, Luke Sanders, Clay Sanders, Jodi Sanders, Amanda Osborne, Cody Jackson, Dylan Beatty, and Jessica Bartlett; 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 P.M. Service at 2:00. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
