Patricia Ann Cartwright, 82, of Clinton passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Vermillion Convalescent Center.
She was born in Clinton, Indiana on July 5, 1943, to Hobart and Ruby (McCullough) Dowdy.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Cartwright; granddaughter, Kerry Lynn Wright; grandson, David Wright; brothers, Jerry Dowdy, and Dave Dowdy; sister, Terry Laney, and nephew Michael Dowdy.
Those left behind to remember Patricia is her daughters, Tracy Faulds (Terry) of Clinton, and Toni Bolen (Josh) of Greenwood, IN., son, Mick Wright (Chris) of Scottsdale, AZ., stepchildren Troy and Diana; brother-in-law, Jim Laney; grandchildren, Dustin Walker, Tyler Walker, Kasey Walker, Aiden Bolen, Callie Ellingsworth, Melissa Wehmeyer, and Jesse Wright, and several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Frist Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Service at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Keith McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
