Ruth Ann Thomas, 86, of Clinton passed away on Saturday August 6, 2022, at her residence.
She was born in Anna, IL on July 1, 1936, to Homer King and Pearl Lola Boyd King.
Ruth Ann was married on November 8, 1978, in Joliet, IL to Benjamin Thomas and he survives her. Ruth was a homemaker.
She was proceeded in death by her parents and siblings, Ual King, Merrill King, Roy King, Carl King, Elva Egdorf and Mary Lou Troughton.
Surviving is her husband, Benjamin; four sons, Dan (Sharon) Zagar, John (Judy) Zagar, Mike Zagar and Tim (Barb) Zagar. Grandchildren Sara (Ted) Williamson, Lauren (Scott) Pucel, Heather (Mat) Vilcek, Lindsey (Andrew) Shiakallis. Great-Grandchildren, Brendan, Aiden, Nate, Leah and Addison. Close friend Ruth (Pete) Osborn.
Visitation will be Saturday August 13, 2022, at Frist Funeral Home from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Funeral services will be at 3:00pm Eastern standard time. Cremation will follow.
