Obituary
Shirley A. Davis, 87, of Clinton, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday June 14, 2023, at her home.
She was born in Mecca, Indiana on October 19, 1935, to Allan Wittenmyer and Ellen Garrett Wittenmyer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Roberta, Sharon, Carol, and Dixie; daughter Vicki Hurley and son William Stariha.
Shirley is survived by her son Mike Cronk of Rockville, Indiana; sister Roseann Stockwell of Clinton, Indiana; grandsons Jeremy Cervantes (Sherry), Jeff Hurley (Krista), and Greg Cline; great granddaughters Theresa & Tiffani; niece Lori Rollins, and several other nieces and nephews.
Shirley loved cats and during her time spent in Florida she helped take care of many stray cats in her area. She retired from Walmart where she had many friends.
Per Shirley’s wishes there will be no visitation or service and she will be laid to rest in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Clinton, Indiana.
