Sue Oaks

Sue Oaks, of Clinton, died at her residence January 18th 2022.
Sue was born on October 3rd 1944 to Marion & Myrtle Rizer.
She met and married her late husband Arkie Oaks Sr. October 7th 1961.
Together they had 3 children, 11 grand children and 17 great grand children with 2 on the way. Sue's greatest achievement was being a Nanny to all. 
She was a homemaker who enjoyed bingo, listening to her records and visiting with family. 
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers, George, Robert & Larry Rizer, several brother & sister-in-laws and most recently her daughter-in-law Tammy Oaks. 
Sue is survived by one son Arkie Oaks Jr, two daughters, Tina (Dave) Cotten & Shelley (Donnie) Craft; her grandchildren Kristina (Ray) Oaks, Trever Klyaic, Ashley Oaks, Rick (Hana) Cotten, Mick (Jinger) Cotten, Olivia (Brian) Gossett, Abigail (Gustavo) Reyes, Bailey (Michael) Pearman, Shayna Craft, Hayley Carroll, Dallas Craft and several great-grandchildren, brother & sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Sue will be held from 4 to 8 on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Frist Funeral Home in Clinton. Services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 1pm, officiated by Brian Russell, also at the funeral home.
