Sue was born on October 3rd 1944 to Marion & Myrtle Rizer.
She met and married her late husband Arkie Oaks Sr. October 7th 1961.
Together they had 3 children, 11 grand children and 17 great grand children with 2 on the way. Sue's greatest achievement was being a Nanny to all.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed bingo, listening to her records and visiting with family. ...
