Terry A. Hastings

Terry A. Hastings,68, of Clinton passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute.

He was born in Clinton, Indiana on July 6, 1957, to Alfred Hastings and Bette Davis.

Terry was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as an auto mechanic.

Those preceding Terry in death is his father, Alfred Hastings; mother, Bette (Davis) Smith; son, Terry Hastings Jr., sister, Cherlyn Skudler, and brothers, Sam Hastings, and William Paul Houser.

Surviving are his daughters, Kasey Hastings of Tacoma, WA., and Lisa Hakes of Tacoma WA., sisters, son, Tommy Haskins of Terre Haute; Cynthia Stoops of Clinton, Tracy Smith (David) of Terre Haute, and Patricia Klonowski of Kankakee, IL., brothers, Timothy Hastings of Clinton, Dewitt Hastings of Rosedale, Larry Hastings (Wilma) of Kankakee, IL., and R.J. Smith of Clinton and several nieces and nephews.

Honoring Terry’s wishes cremation has been chosen and there will be no service. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Frist Funeral Home.
