Timothy Smith, 68, of Dana passed away on Monday February 19, 2024.

He was born in Bloomington, Illinois on December 15, 1955, to Leonard Smith and Fern Maxwell Smith who preceded him in death. Also, preceding Timothy in death are one sister and one brother.

Survivors include his Daughters Amanda Dye (Andrew) of Dana and Rebecca Smith of Bloomington, Illinois, Leonedia Moreland of Bloomington, Illinois, sons Max Smith of Bloomington, Illinois, and Edward Moreland of Bloomington, Illinois, brother Steve Smith of Heyworth, Illinois, grandchildren Landen Dye, Brett Dye, Audreeana Dye and Arabella Dye, Damien Moreland, Rylan Moreland and several nieces and nephews.

Timothy was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He loved being outdoors. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandkids and family.

There will be a celebration of life at Frist Funeral Home on Saturday March 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Keith McIntyre officiating. Military Honors will be prior to the service. Cremation was chosen.
