Wilbert Hall, 98, of Clinton passed away Saturday May 24, 2025, at Union Hospital in Clinton.
He was born in Clinton, Indiana on February 25, 1927, to Claude Hall and Ersel White Hall.
Wilbert was a veteran of the United States Army serving his county during WWII. He married his wife of 48 years Helena (Pearman) Hall on February 26, 1977. Wilbert had several careers that include working at the Clintonian, Woodburn Printing and eventually retiring as a school bus driver for South Vermillion School Corporation. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Clinton, and he loved gardening and camping.
Preceding Wilbert in death are his parents, brothers: Warren Hall and Bobby Hall; sisters: Mildred Neidlinger and Blanche Hedges.
Wilbert is survived by his wife Helena Hall, nieces: Dalyce Conner, Mary Jean (Tom) Charters, Tonya (Scott) Cox and Twyla (Larry) Coletti, and several great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends.
Visitation and services will be held at Frist Funeral Home on Wednesday May 28, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Service at 11:30 a.m. with Fr. Joby Puthussery officiating. Military honors will be prior to the service.
