William C. Sweitzer, 81, of Shepardsville, died April 10, 2022, at 12:55 AM, in Union Hospital Terre Haute. He was born July 24, 1940, to William P. Sweitzer and Flora Cedonie Sweitzer.
He worked for Custom Converting Paper Company and Saint Mary of the Woods College. He was a US Army Veteran, serving in the 9th Calvary 1 Division.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his loving wife of 50 years, Margaret E. Sweitzer;
He is survived by three daughters, Joanna (Marcos) Cholly, Beckie Sweitzer, and Nanny (Frank) Foca; one son, Warren (Lexey) Sweitzer; grandchildren, Danielle (Ryan) Kennedy, Lacey Foca, Katie (Mathew) Schawitsch, Frank (Angela) Foca, Michael, Dylan, Makayla, and Haylie Sweitzer; and great-grandchildren, Lillian and Colin Kennedy, Sebastian Schawitsch.
