Shirley Procarione Megenhardt, 85, of Clinton, passed away at Providence Healthcare in Terre Haute, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
She was born April 2, 1935, in Clinton, to Floyd and Florence Vale Carlson.
She had previously worked as a medical office manager at various physicians’ practices.
Shirley was a member of the First Baptist Church in Clinton; a member of the  Order of the Eastern Star; and a member of the Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her son, Chuck (Catherine) Procarione of Clinton; her daughter, Brenda (Keith) Jacks of Clinton; a brother, Richard (Virginia) Carlson of Springfield, Illinois; grandchildren, Beth ( Zac) Tittle, A.J.(Christina) Procarione, Adam Wood, Brandy Wood, Courtney (Brian) Singleton, and Austin Jacks; great-grandchildren, Vincent Tittle, and Hailey and Harper Singleton; several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 11 am to 1 pm at Frist Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 1 pm with Rev. Lynn Dunning officiating.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Shirley Megenhardt.

I was sad to read of Shirley’s passing. I remember her from Clinton First Baptist Church. She was always uplifting and willing to help whenever needed. Brenda and family please accept my deepest condolences.
